  Every visit to this store has taken much longer than planned, and every wedding I've rented for had at least one issue or mixup. Most of the reps don't know what's going on with the computers or don't seem happy to help you. I was told to come back within 2 weeks of my wedding to apply a coupon for the tux I bought. I was questioned about it and after a few calls to corporate it was fine ally resolved. Then a full rental was brought out for me, even when I bought my own tux the same day I was fitted and said I only needed the bowtie and shoes. For my friends wedding- half of the wedding party was given the wrong color vest days before after the groom triple checked it was the right color.
  
  They did fix everything in the end at no extra cost and made sure the issues were resolved, but how do you run a business with lacking customer service and screwing up every single order?
  
  However long you think your visit will be, double it and add another 15 minutes and plan for that.
