  Surprisingly bad experience. Lovely showroom but the assistance is not only non existant but inquiry is met with annoyance. I went in to buy and left 10 mins later. Management or maybe Ferguson Corporate needs to check the process as customer experience, in a time when I can order anything online, being this poor certainly must be effecting sales. Highly disappointing.
